On March 21, 2024, Envitopia had the honor of introducing its signature board game at the National Eco-School Workshop, hosted by the Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia. Represented by Tan Wei Kang and Jasmine, the team shared their educational tool with a room full of influential education and environmental stakeholders.
Attendees included the DOE Director, officers from the State DOE and State Education Department from across Malaysia, and representatives from the Ministry of Education. This moment marked Envitopia’s first formal introduction to key decision-makers within Malaysia’s education system.
By presenting the Envitopia board game, the team initiated meaningful conversations about integrating environmental education into school systems and empowering young learners through play.
